Once your order is raised following payment, you will receive a proof back in approx 2-4 working days (Mon-Fri). When you have approved the proofs and happy with everything, the sign will go into production. Production of interior signs is approx 8-13 working days following sign off, plus delivery. Please bare in mind leadtimes are approximate and may differ depending on production schedules at the time. If unsure, please message us and we can give accurate lead times.

The raised letter signs come with a paper fitting template. Tape the template to the wall in position where you want it, then screw the back of the provided lugs into the positions shown on the template. Once all the lugs are in the wall, remove the paper template and push the letters onto the lugs (the front of the lugs are attached to your letters, so they all match up). Different wall types (i.e. brick wall etc may require wall plugs first).

Our acrylic signs (plaques) come with the fixings required to fit to your wall. These are called 'stand offs' and they come with the screws. Our stand offs are available in black, chrome or gold. The amount of stand offs required for your sign will depend on the sign. We will always advise how many your sign will come with. You just need to screw the back of the stand offs onto the wall, in position of your acrylic panel, then place the panel over and twist the front of the screw in. Every sign we make is bespoke to you, so we make them to the size you would like (we don't have set sizes). Therefore every sign is individually costed depending on the size, colours (metallic colours are priced different to standard colours), your logo and the type of interior sign i.e acrylic sign or raised lettering/logo sign.
